Who needs feminism?

Everyone.

If you love Young Adult books and you think equality is important, you'll love #yafeministchat

We'll chat ONCE a month!

Second Thursday of every month at 9PM EST: Topic Discussion.

NEXT CHAT: SEPTEMBER 10th, 2015

TOPIC: Intersectional Feminism!

BOOK CLUB PICK FOR SEPTEMBER: FLYGIRL by Sherri L. Smith

#yafeministchat will discuss feminist themes in YA books, special selections, and just about anything else you can think of.

Want to nominate a topic or book*?  Use the form below!

*Books should address feminist themes or unpack societal norms through a lens of intersectional feminism. Books by individuals who identify as female will be given priority.  Diverse intersectionality is very welcome. Young adult literature is understood to be books aimed at audiences 12 and up focusing on the teen years and adolescence.  Please keep all of this in mind when nominating books.
